About Us

Vision4kids is a Christian based charity with a vision of helping children and young people around the world wherever there is a need to improve the quality of life.  Our focus is on education, health, and poverty relief and is underpinned by our desire to share the good news of Jesus Christ. 

Our primary focus is running our mission school in a remote village called Kiambururu in Central Kenya.  With 170 pupils, our school provides a safe learning environment while teaching the children from God’s Word.  School meals, health screening, home visits, clothing, uniforms, pupil sponsorship, and medical expenses are all provided with funds being raised from faithful donors and fundraising events.

Currently, we are in the middle of an ambitious building programme to construct a new school complex suitable for generations to come.  A borehole, single classrooms, kitchen, septic tank, flush toilets, and a new 2-story block with 4 classrooms have been opened in recent years.  We continue to expand and plan for a new pre-school, another block of classrooms, and dining hall.  This will take time and funds, and we are excited about our future expansion.

Our charity is operated by a board of volunteers which ensures all donations go directly to the work of our charity in Kenya which is administered by a fully registered Non-Government Organisation (NGO).  We are also fully regulated in the UK by HMRC and the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland.
