Project Kenya

In 2023, AG Electrical and Tool Monster sponsored an electrical uplift of a school compound in a remote village in Kenya!  This year, the team are back with a new and bigger project alongside additional suppliers and sponsors.

During his visits to Kenya, company owner Adam Gilmore seen the need of poorest from the village of Kiambururu. His desire was to return and construct clean toilet facilitates for the younger children of the school.  Over the past few months, that vision has grown, and now with the backing of Velocity Pro Gear and Powertool Mate, the aim is to build a new two-story pre-school building with fresh running water and flush toilets.

The work has already started using local builders with a bespoke team from the UK scheduled to visit at the end of May.  This team will put the finishing touches to the new building - plastering, electricals, tiling, toilets, benches, ground work, and climbing frame.

The plan is to raise at least £30,000 to create these new facilities and leave a lasting legacy for the village.  Click on the donate link to show your support - 100% of your donation will go towards the building materials and pay the wages for local Kenyan labourers.  Any remaining funds will go to the running of the pre-school (books, morning porridge, cooked lunch, medical programme, clothes, and much more).
